Spotless and fully equipped place. Good-sized and huge units with separate shower and toilet and thoughtful staff. Nice design, top-notch service in the entire hotel. Excellent and unbeatable location right on the tram line, in the really quiet area.

The breakfast served was amazing and absolutely fantastic, with everything you could wish for. They had fruit, a good espresso, and the option of cooked omelettes. The location was excellent and amazing, close to a subway station.

Location is very good, close to metro (operating all night on Sat) and free city bikes. You can park for free 2 minutes walk from the hotel during weekends. The room was bright and clean, loved the shower in the room ;) and the aircondition. Breakfast very nice and (almost) everybody were very kind.

In the morning the girl behind the reception didn't seem too happy when we wanted some extra services.. she helped as with everything but we got the "bitter" feeling after this.

The restaurant here was great - the staff were really friendly 🙌 and the food was fresh and delicious.

This was our second stay in Hotel Fabrik. Everything was good again. Definitely first hotel choice for Wien. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Near U-Bahn. Rest&Bar adjacent, is also very good.

Breakfast time can be extended one more hour.

the reception desk closes too early and the restaurant was only open for one night while we were there. That is bad because there really isn't anywhere else to eat around the area. There should be a mini fridge so that you can keep food in the room for when the restaurant is not open.

The location is excellent, right by a metro station, making it easy to get around. Very close to Margareten U-Bahn, one of the best-connected transportation hubs in Vienna. Courteous staff, everything was great. Liked how the standard king room with separate shower and toilet was arranged upon arrival.

Silent & new-fashioned room, with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The beds extremely comfy. High quality meal and excellent service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Calm, Large rooms and nice accomodation, factory style makes it nice as well. Good quality equipments, decoration new and well done, people very nice relaxing and pleasant. Good atmosphere, great!

We arrived at 9:40 pm and the only reception is the restaurant, situated in the opposite side of the area...which is fine because people are very nice and pleasant but it is very surprising to find a close door at the hotel side. Usually hotels have night keeper receptionists. Last but not least is that we had to order diner before 21:50. So in case you arrive later then there is no solution but take your car and drive donwtown for diner. Would appreciate diner service a bit later at night.

The room was new-fashioned and silent with open bathroom and lovely views. the hotel has an exceptionally nice location very close to a metro station, and the first and fourth districts of Vienna.

It was nice time in Vienna. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, everything was great. The standard queen room was fantastic and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The view was lovely, the service was top-notch!

Location is not perfect for central city, but than the price reflects that.
